Life happens. Here's how cancellations work so there are no surprises.

Full refund

Cancel or reschedule any time before the 48-hour window for a complete refund of your deposit.

Half the session fee will be retained to cover preparation time already invested.

A few things people ask

How do I know which rate applies to me?
The in-person rate is confirmed in your free consultation based on the scope of the project — it'll be £35 or £40/hr. Virtual is always £30/hr. Everything is agreed before you commit.
What if I'm a new client — do I automatically get the intro rate?
Yes! Your first session is £30/hr regardless of whether it's in-person or virtual. Just mention it when you book and we'll apply it.
Can I book more than 3 hours in one go?
Sessions are capped at 3 hours to keep things focused and effective. For bigger projects, we'll plan a multi-session package — often more productive than one long marathon session.
Do I need to buy anything before my session?
No. We work with what you have first. Supplies are your responsibility, but we'll guide you with specific recommendations and only suggest things you actually need.
How does the block booking discount work?
Book 3 sessions and 10% is knocked off the total. Book 5 or more and it's 15% off. Sessions can be spread out over time — no need to rush through them.
Is virtual organising as effective as in-person?
It depends on the project. Virtual works brilliantly for decluttering, planning, and guidance-heavy sessions. For heavy lifting (like moving furniture or installing storage), in-person is better. We'll advise you at consultation.
